REGULAMIN HOTELU DWÓR MARIA ANTONINA
1. Doba hotelowa trwa od godz. 14:00 do 12:00 dnia następnego.
2. Recepcja czynna w godz. 7.00 – 21.00. Po tej godzinie kontakt w pilnych sprawach pod numerem telefonu udostępnionym w recepcji.
3. Restauracja czynna w godz. 13:00 – 21:00. Goście ze szczególnymi potrzebami żywieniowymi proszeni są to zgłosić i ustalić z personelem możliwość przygotowania odpowiednich posiłków. Receptury wraz z alergenami są dostępne na życzenie.
4. Kawiarnia czynna 7:30 – 21:00
5. Śniadanie w godz. 7:30 – 10:00. Dla gości hotelowych wliczone w cenę pobytu a dla gości z zewnątrz zgodnie z cennikiem.
6. Cisza nocna w godz. 22:00 – 7:00. Prosimy o szanowanie ciszy z uwagi na wypoczynkowy charakter hotelu.
7. Ochrona mienia: Prosimy o zachowanie ostrożności i dbanie o mienie hotelowe. Goście ponoszą odpowiedzialność za wyrządzone szkody. Prosimy zgłaszać zauważone uszkodzenia oraz wyrządzone szkody w recepcji hotelu.
8. Obowiązuje zakaz palenia na terenie całego obiektu.
9. Hotel nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za zgubione przedmioty.
10. Parking jest bezpłatny, monitorowany i niestrzeżony. Hotel nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za szkody wyrządzone na parkingu.
11. Dostęp do internetu Wi-Fi jest darmowy dla gosci hotelowych, bez hasła.
12. Personel recepcji służy pomocą w udzielaniu informacji turystycznych oraz rekomendacjach dotyczących atrakcji i miejsc do zwiedzania w okolicy.
13. Korzystanie z basenu wyłącznie w obecności ratownika i za zgodą właściciela.
14. Używanie otwartego ognia zabronione na całym terenie. Zakaz palenia ognisk czy używania prywatnego grila. Grilowanie możliwe wyłącznie w miejscu wyznaczonym w altanie jako usługa ustalana z managerem hotelu. Cennik w recepcji.
15. Korzystanie z placu zabaw, koszykówki, siatkówki, trampoliny, przeszkód do skakania, tenisa stołowego, piłkarzyków oraz innego sprzętu możliwe wyłącznie za zgodą właściciela. Za opiekę nad niepełnoletnimi podczas korzystania ze sprzętu odpowiadają ich opiekunowie. Winni oni dbać o bezpieczeństwo. Hotel nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za urazy powstałe podczas wypadku.
16. Kodeks ubioru: Prosimy o stosowanie się do ogólnie akceptowanego kodeksu ubioru w miejscach publicznych, zwłaszcza w restauracji i częściach wspólnych.

8. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire facility.

10. Parking is free, monitored and unguarded. The hotel is not responsible for any damage caused in the parking lot.

13. Use of the swimming pool only in the presence of a lifeguard and with the consent of the owner. 14. The use of open fire is prohibited throughout the entire area. 15. The use of the playground, basketball, volleyball, trampoline, jumping obstacles, table tennis, table football and other equipment is possible only with the consent of the owner. Their guardians are responsible for supervising minors while using the equipment. They should take care of safety. The hotel is not responsible for injuries incurred during an accident.
